Firstly, so many clients have been asking for classes in the Bramhall area.  We're looking into it and shall launch a new class soon.  Watch this space!
 
Secondly, we are offering workplace sessions.  Businesses that have the space can now book day time sessions to suit their employees. Saves time having to travel using precious time getting to the gym!

We offer Private Pilates and General Personal Training for Postural Improvement, Prevention and Rehabilitation Exercise, Back Care, Weight Management, Health and Well-Being, Fitness, and Stress Reduction. Where appropriate we are happy to work with your health professional  (e.g. Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Chiropracter) to help you achieve the best outcome.  
 
We provide you with an evidence based approach to optimal function. We know our clients are selective and we assure all our clients that we guard both privacy and anonymity. While our customers can comfortably afford our services they expect our methods to get the results they are looking for. We believe that our tried and tested methods can do just that when our clients heed our advice.
 
With a range of activities to choose from e.g. swimming lessons and stroke improvement to Weight Loss, Resistance/Fitness Training to Pilates, and the knowledge to help motivate you to maintain your new regime, we're sure you'll be happy working with us.
 
Seminars and workshops can be commissioned on a variety of subjects for example, The Truth about Exercise, Weight Loss and Weight Maintenance; Using Physical Activity to Reduce Work Related Stress; Pilates, Posture and Gait; various work site based activity groups/seminars.
 
For members of health clubs located in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge, Prestbury areas the following classes are taught by the senior Pilates teacher.
